Choy's mission is to bring nostalgic Chinese American flavors utilizing local Tennessee ingredients and modern cooking techniques. Choy believes that this cuisine should be served in ceremony; their dining room boasts grand mid-20th century Shanghai art-deco design that transports you back to the Golden Age era.
